We keep your Click&Collect products ordered to be picked up from our online site or our stores, and your products in our stores, whose renovations have been completed and the exchange process has been approved, safely until the opening date of our stores. You will be able to receive your products safely when our stores open.                                                                                                                              

 Store Return/Exchange Procedures

You can return/exchange your unused products that you have purchased from our stores.

We have extended the return/exchange period for your purchases from www.panco.com'tr, taking into account the working patterns of the cargo companies. We will continue to provide all kinds of support regarding the return/exchange of your purchases through our customer communication channels. We believe that we will overcome this difficult period together as soon as possible. We wish you all healthy days and thank you for your understanding.

I want to return the product I purchased! 

 You must return the product you purchased within 30 days, complete with all its accessories, without removing the label, along with its delivery note and packaging, by writing the reason for returning it in the empty space behind the delivery note, and return it to Panço Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. / Çatalca Warehouse - Ulus Mah. Çatalca Yolu Cad. You can send it to the address No: 601 Büyükçekmece/İSTANBUL with counter payment via Yurtiçi Kargo. For your return shipments, the delivery note must be visibly affixed on the box. 

 Can I return the products I bought from the online store to the stores?

 Unfortunately, you cannot return products purchased from our online store from our stores at this time. You can only exchange products from our stores.

How can I make a return/exchange in stores?
   

 It is not currently possible to exchange the product or products you have purchased from our online store. You can carry out your exchange transactions at any of our Panço Stores along with your invoice within 30 days.     

        
• You can exchange your product for any product of the same price.
        
• If the price of the product you want to buy in our stores is higher than the one you want to exchange, you can pay the price difference by cash or credit card. There is no change in our online store.
        
• If the price of the new product you choose is lower than the one you first purchased, the difference is paid as a credit check or cash payment.

Can I change the product I received as a gift?    

You can exchange your unused and unmodified gift products at any Panço store of your choice within 30 days at the latest, together with your "gift exchange card".    

        
• You can exchange your product for any product with the same purchase price.
        
• If the price of the product you want to buy is higher than the one you want to exchange, you can pay the price difference by cash or credit card.
        
• When you arrive with your gift exchange card, if you cannot find a replacement for the product you want to exchange; A credit check may be given for the sales amount of the product received as a gift.
        
• Cash refunds cannot be given on Gift Exchanges.
